Apartment prices per night in EUR

5% Discount for staying longer then 7 nights! 

Price includes:

• tourist (sojourn) tax
• Air condition
• WLAN internet
• private parking
• water and electricity
• towels and linen
  
• cooking utensils and cutlery
• other home belongings
• final cleaning service on the departure day

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Check-in 14:00 (2 PM). Check-out 10:00 (10 AM). If possible, early Check-in is free of charge. Earliest Check-in time we are able to accommodate you is 10.00 (10AM). If you send us your anticipated arrival time via e-mail one day before your arrival, we will be able to tell you the earliest possible check-in time accurately. Note that bookings lasting less than 3 nights will be surcharged. 

Reservation is confirmed after 20% deposit (min.100 €) of the total amount is received.

If you need to cancel the reservation for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded, if cancellation is at least 45 days prior to check-in date. Within 45 days, if we succeed to rent cancelled apartment, we'll refund your deposit in full, even if cancellation is just a day or two before the scheduled arrival date (but please let us know soon as possible). Balance payment is accepted only in cash, no later than 24 hours after your arrival, and for all period agreed in our e-mail correspondence.
